Our Uniform
An integral part of our School Community
Through our uniform at Largs Bay School we aim to:
- Create a safe, orderly and productive social learning environment
- Reduce negative peer pressure / inequalities
- Provide parents / families with a cost effective option for appropriate school clothing
- Help identify non-school people on our school grounds
- Enhance our school pride and public image in our community, particularly when off-campus
- Create a school community where all members treat each other with respect and dignity
Uniform
- Long or short sleeve polo shirt (navy or white)
- Plain navy shorts of mid-thigh length
- Navy windcheater / raincoat
- Plain navy track suit pants
- Plain navy wide brim, bucket or legionnaire hat, free of holes, cuts, tears or any other additions including visible writing (Caps do not meet these requirements)
- Optional navy and white checked school dress
- Year 6 shirt or windcheater (worn by year 6s only)
- No visible brand names, stripes or logos larger than a 50c piece, except the official school logo are permitted on any clothing
- Navy school bags with screen printed logo are available but are not a requirement
The Largs Bay School Uniform is provided by local business ‘Winning Edge Clothing’.
Please follow the link below to order online or alternatively the Uniform Shop is located in our front office and open on Friday mornings from 8:30am – 9:00am.
